The book carries an interview not only describing the RoadMovies but looking at the history of the depiction of route, from Chinese scrolls to the LNER booklet "On Either Side", published in the 1930s, showing what was to be seen from the train as you went on the route of the Flying Scotsman!  Many illustrations, many in colour, and one musical example....
